
Back pain is common in people because the back undergoes stress being the only key support to the upper part of the body. It supports us while seated, standing and exercising. If so much pressure is exerted on our back we therefore experience back pain. For instance, being a mother is a very tedious exercise since you have to undergo serious exercises during the day like when you have to attend to your baby. The baby has to be carried constantly exerting pressure to the spine of the mother but with some strategies in place the mother can ease this problem e.g. mommy’s flexibility.
