Causes of Miscarriages

There are many causes of miscarriages which include an abnormal embryo or fetus which may include poor development or chromosomal disorders. Other causes is when the mother has a deficiency of hormones normally when she lacks progesterone, the pregnancy can end. An interruption of pregnancy can also be caused by deformities in the uterus or fibroids tumors this can be explained by an incompetent cervix that does not closes. Other causes of miscarriages is when the mother has illness such as high blood pressure, an infection, diabetes or having some viruses that can affect the baby thereby resulting in a miscarriage.
